Richard B. Pumilia is a founding partner of the Firm, and chairman of the Firm’s corporate and business transactional practice.  He has practiced in this field since graduating from law school in 1984, and has managed the transactional practice of the firm and its predecessor entities since 1993.

He graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Jefferson College, and with honors from Rutgers Law School, where he served as an editor of The Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.

He maintains the highest peer rating available from Martindale Hubbell—AV Preeminent.

He is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.  For over 13 years, he was the leader of the original Pasadena group of ProVisors, an organization of senior-level professionals providing services to emerging and middle-market companies.  He remains active in that organization, which provides the Firm’s clients with additional legal and non-legal resources.
