Michelle Marie West is an associate attorney with Pumilia Patel & Adamec LLP practicing general litigation with an emphasis in complex commercial disputes and corporate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. West represented clients in product liability, aviation law, and government tort claims and liability.  Ms. West has prepared  multiple appeals to state courts, including one which resulted in published opinion by the California Supreme Court and another precedent-setting opinion published by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Michelle West graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law where she was honored with numerous awards for academic achievement.  Additionally, she served as an editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board.

Ms. West is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association -- Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
