Kush Desai is an associate attorney with Pumilia Patel & Adamec,
LLP, focusing his practice on both corporate transactions and
general litigation.
Mr. Desai is a cum laude graduate of the American University,
Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he was a member
of the Administrative Law Review. Mr. Desai completed his
undergraduate education at the University of Southern California,
where he received Order of the Troy and Renaissance Scholar
distinctions.
Mr. Desai gained
valuable
transactional experience prior to joining Pumilia Patel & Adamec,
LLP, working for the Washington, D.C. office of
Thompson Coburn, LLP, where he was intimately involved in a loan
guarantee transaction valued at over $100 million, on behalf of the
United States Export-Import Bank. Additionally, Mr. Desai has
extensive experience in real estate and corporate transactions,
including purchase and sale agreements, entity formation, and lease
agreements.
Mr. Desai's extensive litigation experience includes his work for
Hohmann, Taube & Summers, LLP, and internships with the Honorable
Reggie B. Walton, United States District Court for the District of
Columbia, and the Honorable Valerie Adair, Clark County District
Court, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Desai is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of
California, and South Asian Bar Association.
