of the boards of both non-profit and for-profit companies. She
has also worked as an administrative law judge and a professional
mediator.
Ms. Adamec is a
magna cum laude graduate from State University of New York at
Buffalo where she received her B.A. in psychology. She
received her J.D. cum laude from Southwestern University
School of Law, where she served as Editor-In-Chief of
Southwestern University Law Review.
